This policy explains how OmniPrint collects, uses, and protects information when you use the application.
OmniPrint is developed and operated by Tengai Solutions (Private) Limited, based in Harare, Zimbabwe.
OmniPrint is an Android thermal printing utility that allows users to print documents, images, receipts, barcodes, QR codes, and text to Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB, and compatible system printers. The App includes both free and subscription-based features.
By using OmniPrint, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
OmniPrint itself does not collect or store personal data. The following information is collected automatically by third-party SDKs embedded in the app:
We use Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) to understand how users interact with the app. Information collected may include app usage statistics, screen views, feature usage, device model, Android OS version, app version, session duration, and country or region-level location. This data is aggregated and anonymous.
We use Crashlytics to monitor stability and fix bugs. Crash reports may include device model, OS version, app version, stack traces, time of crash, and limited device state. No personally identifiable information is included.
The free version of OmniPrint displays advertisements via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect: Advertising ID, approximate location, device information, and app interaction data to deliver and measure ads. Users can reset or opt out of personalised ads in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect: an anonymous app user ID (not linked to your name or email), subscription status, purchase history, and restore purchase information. OmniPrint does not pass any personal identity to RevenueCat.
