Subscription Policy for Tengai POS

1.1 Overview
Tengai POS is offered as a subscription-based Service, providing access to our Point of Sale platform (“Service”) in exchange for recurring subscription fees. Your subscription governs your right to use specific features of Tengai POS under the applicable plan you select.
1.2 Subscription Plans and Features
- Subscription Plans, features, and pricing are published on our website and in-App and may vary by region or promotional period.
- We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove plans, features, and pricing at any time. Users will be notified of material changes with at least 30 days’ notice where feasible.
1.3 Eligibility & Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to subscribe.
- A valid email, payment method, and business information are required for subscription activation.
1.4 Term & Renewal
- Subscriptions commence upon successful payment and continue for the billing period selected (e.g., monthly or annual).
- If you are on Automatic Recurring Payment, your subscription will charge automatically just before expiry.
- Unless cancelled prior to renewal, subscriptions will automatically renew under the same terms and pricing in effect at the time of renewal.
- Manual subscription payments will require you to manually make payment in-App to update your plan.
1.5 Access & Usage Rights
- Subscriptions grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service for internal business use.
- You may not share login credentials or resell access to any third party.
1.6 Changes to Your Subscription
- Upgrades take effect immediately and may result in prorated charges.
- Downgrades or cancellations will take effect at the next billing cycle; certain features may become unavailable.
- We are not responsible for any data loss due to plan downgrades.
1.7 Suspension for Non-Payment
- If payment fails, we may suspend or limit your access until payment is resolved.
- You remain responsible for all outstanding fees and collection costs if applicable.
1.8 Taxes

All fees are exclusive of taxes (e.g. VAT, GST). You are responsible for any applicable taxes, except where prohibited by law.
