Refund Policy for Tengai POS

Tengai POS seeks to be fair to both users and the business in the handling of subscription fees. This policy outlines the scope of refund rights:

3.1 General Rule – Non-Refundable Fees

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, except as expressly required by applicable law or as stated below.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial periods, unused time, cancellations after a billing period begins, or dissatisfaction with the Service.

3.2 Limited Exceptions

We may consider refunds or credits only in the following limited situations:

  • Duplicate Charges: If a user is accidentally billed more than once for the same period. Technical Errors on Us:
  • If a proven system billing error caused an incorrect charge.

In such cases, Tengai POS may issue a refund or account credit at its sole discretion.

3.3 Cancellation Effects

  • Canceling a subscription stops future renewals only.
  • You may continue using the Service until the end of your current paid period, but no prorated refunds will be issued.

3.4 Requesting Refund Consideration

  • To request review, email support@tengaipos.com with your account details and reason.
  • We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.(Usually within 24-48hrs)

3.5 Chargebacks

  • A chargeback without prior contact to resolve the issue may result in termination and potential liabilities for collection costs, as permitted by law.
