Payment Policy for Tengai POS

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

  • We accept various payment methods as displayed during checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards, mobile money, third-party gateways).
  • By providing a payment method, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge recurring subscription fees and to deduct funds from your account.

2.2 Billing Terms

  • Subscription charges are billed in advance of the subscription period.
  • For annual plans, fees are collected upfront and are non-proratable.

2.3 Price Changes

  • Tengai POS may modify pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the next billing cycle following notice.
  • Continued use after pricing changes constitutes acceptance.

2.4 Failed Payments

  • If a charge fails on Recurring Payments (expired card, insufficient funds, network etc), we may retry or suspend your service.
    You agree to update your payment details promptly to avoid interruption.

2.5 Billing Disputes

  • For billing disputes, contact support within 30 days of the charge.
  • We may request documentation and will investigate in good faith; disputed amounts not qualifying under policy will remain due.

2.6 Third-Party Processors

  • Payments are processed by trusted third parties; Tengai POS does not store full card details.
  • Third-party processor terms also apply.
